We deliberately reserved one of the newly renovated rooms and paid a little extra for a 'strip view' because we heard those rooms were quieter than the ones on the opposite side. We nearly changed our reservations after reading the negative reviews and seeing some of the nasty room pics, but so glad we didn't.
